Downstairs, you will find a full bathroom, 2 comfortable recliners, a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator and freezer, and table/chairs (additional chairs are available by request). Although there is no stove in the kitchenette, there are plenty of countertop appliances including a crockpot, a toaster oven, a microwave, a skillet, and a single burner with pot. There is also a charcoal grill and picnic table available outside (weather permitting).
