Tucked in the corner of a large family estate, this cozy cottage's private yard meets over 200 feet of direct frontage on the western shore of Lake Champlain.
While small in size, you'll be impressed by the smart design of this cottage. The vaulted timber ceiling in the master bedroom loft is lovely.
