Welcome to East Nashville, a vibrant and eclectic neighborhood that offers a unique and unforgettable experience for vacation renters! Nestled just east of the Cumberland River, East Nashville is known for its historic charm, artistic vibe, and a plethora of activities to suit every taste. Only 3 miles to Downtown Broadway bars.
No car need. Plenty of Uber & Lyfts available. We are also walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and shopping.
**PLEASE NOTE: this townhome is next to an active train track, some noise from the train is to be expected. Do not leave children outside unattended in this area. We provide sound machines for light sleepers. Also, this home has a lot of stairs in it. We do not provide propane for the gas fireplace, but you can purchase at the grocery store down the street.
