Beautiful, peaceful home in West Suffield, CT, just 15 minutes from Bradley International Airport. The house is warm and cozy and great for entertaining. There is a gym downstairs, a hot tub on the deck and a large swimming pool (pool is open for the season as of June 5th!). A great house to host holiday gatherings for family and friends, kitchen has plenty of space and supplies for cooking big meals. We are also pet friendly with a low fee of $20 per pet per day.
Property is centrally located between Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA, just minutes from local attractions such as Six Flags New England, MGM Casino, Basketball Hall of Fame, as well as seasonal attractions such as the Big E (Eastern States Expo), Old New-Gate Prison, and local fairs.
Local dining in town does not disappoint. There are also many local restaurants that you can enjoy within minutes of the house. There is access to Uber and Lyft and food delivery services such as Door Dash and Grub Hub.
An excellent, well-maintained portion of the Metacomet Trail is just over the mountain. The caretaker does a great job, even blows the leaves off the trail for trail runners. At the northern trailhead, the trail continues with white blazes all the way to New Hampshire as The New England Trail.
