Positive: This property was immaculately maintained and a lot of thought had obviously been put into the design and color scheme. Everything was of good quality and there was nothing like mixed flatware sets or cobbled together sets of dishes or glassware. There was an abundance of games available, a telescope a comfortable sleeper sofa and a wonderfully large deck with a loveseat, two chairs and a table. The view down to the ocean was really great from the 13 windows located on three sides of the main room. Even though the ocean really isn't super close it actually seemed just about right for us and we also saw some deer, chipmunks and a rabbit during our stay which was a nice little bonus. If you like your privacy but want a great view, comfort and quick access to Highway 101 this fairly priced property could be just the ticket for you! Contacts with our hostess were always very pleasant so, all in all, this was a highly pleasurable stay for us and we heartily recommend this property if you don't specifically need a dishwasher or a full sized oven.

Negative: This wasn't a big issue for us but the west facing windows didn't have shades although privacy really wasn't an issue. Apparently some have been ordered for these window so that issue will soon be rectified.

Summary: Quality, value, privacy, nature and great ocean views from high on the hill overlooking Highway 101.
