A spacious dining area and an upgraded kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter-tops, and a large center island w/ bar stools for an additional entertaining area. There is also a front porch off of the foyer and a side deck off of the great room, plenty of outdoor living space. Also a first floor bedroom with a Murphy bed (queen size)
The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with an impressive master suite! The laundry room with full size washer / dryer is conveniently located on the 2nd level as well. A must see!!!

Tenants will need to bring toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels, Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC
