Roomy and comfortable old house close to the downtown square in Canyon; easy walking distance to the famous Palace Coffee Shoppe, Burrowing Owl Bookstore, and quaint shops up and down 4th Avenue, and just a bit farther to the Panhandle Plains Historic Museum. Only 11 miles from Palo Duro Canyon State Park. The house is roomy with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, dining room and sunroom. Kitchen is fully equipped and washer/dryer is provided. The 300 house was built in 1914 and has been added onto over the years. It is clean and comfortable with 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 4 twin beds, plus two twin beds in the sunroom (temperate weather only) and an extra air mattress if needed.
