There is a large dumpster onsite, at checkout all trash should be dispose of. If the bin is overflowing please notify your host. All boxes must be broken down.

If you see a snake or any other animal please dial 911 watch it from a safe distance and do not touch. This is a shared property with our guest reservations. Front gate may be closed during your stay there is no lock, this is a shared property with our guest reservations. Head straight to the back of the property to The Cabin at Sahuarita Village. Front door entry, keypad on main door.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine, and be mindful of other guests on the property.
There is a temporary hold for $500 for damages that you will see on your card 2 days prior to checkout. It will be automatically released after 10 days.
Leave beds unmade and place towels on floor in the bathroom. All clean towels can be found in each bedroom for guests.
House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor dumpster. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.
No vehicles parked in the street overnight.
Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.
Air conditioning should be turned to off checkout (summer bookings)

Remove all food, drinks and debris from any shared spaces and do not move or adjust furniture.
