One of the first homes built in the Village of Oxford, this private upstairs rental unit also has a private entryway.
It has been tastefully renovated with beautiful trim work, tall ceilings, and large rooms. The entire home for most of it's standing was a large single family home, remodeled into a top-down duplex style. So the unit itself is basically it's own home, with 1500+ sq/ft the space feels like it just keeps going and going.
-None of the bedrooms share walls, so there is plenty of privacy within the unit.
-The property comfortably sleeps 6-9 guests.
This is an upstairs apartment in a duplex home. You will have a private entrance accessed by key code.
Your entry is meant to be private with a custom made door code for you and requires no interaction with your hosts at all.

Noise: The rental is on M24 and there IS road noise all times of day and night. We now have noise dampening curtains which help significantly! There is also earplugs provided as well as noise machines in the bedrooms, if you wish to use them.
AC: As shown in our amenities this rental is air conditioned using portable units. The system we have in place works really well. There are now two window units and a portable floor unit. During the hottest days of the summer we recommend to keep the blackout curtains closed to keep sunlight out.
