Summary: House was full of too many trinkets and there were many spider webs and dead bugs. Refrigerator was not emptied and cleaned from prior guests and showers were full of old and empty shampoo and other bottles. There was a jacuzzi tub with a handwritten note saying it does not work. Poor lighting throughout the house although there are dozens of light switches that don’t work. Windows in master had no screens. Owner lives in adjoining property and his cat somehow gets into the VRBO. A mystery to us. One bedroom had a bat flying around. We called owner who took care of it. Summary: property is beautiful and has great potential- however significant deep-cleaning, exterminator and repairs are needed.
