Easy access to boat landing, outdoor amphitheater, yoga on the boardwalk, hiking trails, Mr T's Brew Pub, Lawrence Football for field (for visiting parents) and Tempest.
The space
2 story vintage cottage, with 3 bedrooms and full bath upstairs. An office (with a beautiful 180° window view of the neighborhood), large living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on the main floor. Washer and dryer are in the basement. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a fire pit,
