Downstairs has the bedrooms, living room, bath and kitchen. The primary has a king bed, while the other bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs is a loft with full bed and futon. It's a great set-up for a multigenerational family with the older generations downstairs and the younger upstairs.
The large deck off the living room allows for outdoor dining and socializing all while enjoying ever-changing tides. Hancock and Gouldsboro have several fine restaurants to enjoy. Ellsworth is just 15 minutes away for shopping and additional dining options. Feel like dining inside? A well-equipped kitchen sits right off the living area. Guests have access to the entire cottage and the land surrounding it. There is private parking for four cars in in front of the house. There are two kayaks on the property available for guest use. The cottage is not handicap accessible. The upstairs loft contains a full bed and futon with spiral stair access that is not appropriate for small children or people with mobility issues.

The maximum number of guests is 5 in the cottage. Children over 12 months old at the time of rental are counted as guests.
