Summary: The filthiest place I have ever stayed. The room itself was not so bad. although it was pretty run down, but everything about outside the room was pretty disgusting. Peeling paint everywhere. the stairs to the second floor have not been swept in weeks. The lobby had a musty smell. probably due to the mini ice machine there. No place to hand clothes in the room and nowhere to sit at a desk or counter to work on a computer. It WAS the cheapest hotel within half an hour of the Saratoga Jazz festival but I think most would rather pay the going rate of twice what this place charged to stay in an at least acceptable place.
