Heated pool with spillover spa, large sauna, fire pit, tennis, basketball and pickelball court and additional separate hot tub with panoramic views and so much more! Coming soon, we're opening an 11,000 S/F party barn and lodge to accommodate up to 30 overnight guests and celebrations for much larger groups.
Located in the Wild and Scenic Delaware River Recreation Area, minutes to spectacular fishing & hiking, great golf and the beautiful riverfront hamlet of Callicoon with farmers markets, great restaurants, boutique stores and antiques & special events. About 25 minutes to Bethel Woods for concerts festivals & Woodstock museum.

Guest access
PLEASE NOTE: Number of guests listed on the reservation request should include all potential visitors to the property regardless of the duration of their stay. This includes non-overnight guests, and guests that are not staying the entire time. If you would like to have day guests please let us know in advance and we will be happy to work with you.

Additional fee for pool heating based on the time of year, the desired temperature and the current cost of propane.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Rental will require signing "supplemental rental agreement" meant to ensure renters are aware of important house rules and safety warnings. Guests will also be provided a house manual with lots of useful and important information about the house, property and surrounding area.
Property has three outdoor, motion activated security cameras (hot tub side, swimming pool side and driveway entry), and doorbell.
