Bring the whole family to this spacious home with plenty of room for everyone! Being about a 20 min drive to both downtown Spokane & Coeur d'Alene and a 35 min to Silverwood Theme Park, our home in Liberty Lake is centrally located and a short drive to almost anything happening in the area.
There's also so much to see and discover in Liberty Lake from hiking the trails at Liberty Lake Regional Park to golfing one (or all) of our 3 golf courses to sipping some hard cider at Trailbreaker or even zip-lining at Mica Moon Zip Tours.
The home is situated just a few blocks away from Rocky Hill Park, and just a mile or two from a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and the freeway.
Our two story house has a total of 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms and is nearly 3,000 sq ft in size. Between all the bedrooms, there is one King sized bed, one Queen sized bed and 3 twin sized beds. The couch in the loft area also folds out into a double sized bed and there's an inflatable mattress in the basement that blows up into another Queen sized bed. There's also a Pack N' Play in the oversized master bedroom's walk-in closet.
For the kiddos, there's a swing set play area out back and an indoor play area in the basement with climbing walls, swings, monkey bars, a trampoline and fort-building cushioned play mats.
Cuddle up together for a fun family movie on Netflix or Disney+ on our giant tv in the basement or watch your own show in the loft or the master bedroom.
Enjoy a 7 minute stroll down to Rocky Hill Park where you'll find basketball & tennis courts, ball fields, a kids play area and Rocky Hill itself, which is a small and easy climb that has some beautiful views of the surrounding area.
If you're staying in our home from mid May to mid October, be sure to check out the Liberty Lake Farmer's Market every Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
Our neighborhood is quiet, filled with young families where you're bound to be greeted with a smile and a wave.
Guests will have access to the whole house other than the garage and an office in the basement.
