Located on an exclusive road just 70 yards from the Rubezahl return trail, this is a unique ski-in and ski-out private home. Simply walk out of the house, down the road a bit, cross over the creek bridge, and ski directly to the base or Lift 1. To return, skiers can make their way “around the world” from the backside of the mountain along the Rubezahl trail. This is one of the best private home locations in Taos—perfect for skiing, which has been exceptional in Taos!
The main house has 4+ bedrooms (plus loft and alcove) and 3.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. It features two "ensuite" bedrooms: the Master Suite on the first floor and a Queen Suite on the second floor, each with its own private bath.
The spacious living room boasts a stunning floor-to-ceiling Texas limestone fireplace, which serves as the centerpiece of the room. The dining room features an exquisite Mexican mesquite dining table, perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes. Beyond the dining room is a professionally appointed kitchen with a large island, double refrigerators, a professional range, a super-quiet dishwasher, and all the necessary appointments and utensils for preparing meals.
