Beautiful and super clean! All new blankets, sheets, pillows and bath towels! Ride directly from the house to the SXS and Snowmobile trails. Looking for a place with plenty of parking for trucks and trailers look no further. Very comfortable beds to make a great night sleep. Pizza Oven, Ice Maker, Keurig and regular Coffee pot, some K-cups and Hot Chocolate provided. House is super clean and very comfortable. Attached over sized 1 car garage for you to use during your stay. 1/2 mile from Bergland Bay Bar, 1 block from gas station which carry’s anything you should need for your stay ( gas, pizza, water, food, ice cream, beer, booze, wine, medicine and more)
There is a huge driveway/yard for all your snowmobile trailers to back right in and drive right out. The snow will be plowed from the front of the drive way to the back garage.
The house has Wifi, Cable and Roku in case you want to warm up and just chill at the house and relax. 2 Kayaks hanging in garage for you to use as well. Charcoal Weber Grill, cooler and garage fridge so you have plenty of room for food.
If you dont feel like cooking Antonio's is a block away and serves breakfast lunch and dinner, there is also JW's only about 1/2 mile away for a good lunch or dinner. Bergland Bay Bar has amazing Pizzas and Beef sandwiches. Konteka is right up the street in White Pine and you can see the Bears eating dinner while you are eating, its a must visit place. And last but not least the Hoop is only a couple miles away.

NEW for 2022 season again all new bedding for every room and bed. Extra blankets and pillows provided in closets.
If you are looking to go to church there is also a Catholic and Lutheran church within 1 block from house.
If you are looking to fish Lake Gogebic is right down the st. Lake Gogebic is the largest natural inland lake of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It is located within the one million acre Ottawa National Forest. The fishermen around here says its the best Walleye fish around!
If you are looking to hike, we are only 30 mile from the Porcupine Mountains on Lake Superior.
This is not an average rental house, this is a well maintained home for people looking to feel like they are at home. This is not a party house. House is very clean and easy for you to enjoy!

April 2021 we just brought in a ton more board games for kids as well as a bunch of Adult drinking games for adults to enjoy after a long days riding.

Due to COVID there are extra cleaning procedures that are in place to make sure everything is sanitized and cleaned between renters. We take a lot of pride in keeping Bottland clean and a safe place to stay. We encourage all renters to please take their shoes off at the door and use the garage entry way only. Clorox wipes are placed on tables and under kitchen/bathroom cabinets for you to use if needed. There are also masks and hand sanitizer available for your use.
