Kick back and relax in this newly remodeled 3 bed, 1 bath home located close to MI Trails 8 & 13 and the beautiful Lake Gogebic! With plenty of parking, you're welcome to bring all of your outdoor recreational toys and with central air, our home will be nice cool for you after a long day on the trails. Every detail of our home was thought out for our Guests' comfort and our fully stocked kitchen is ready for group dinners after a day of adventuring!

The Space:
Our home is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with plenty of storage and room to spread out. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 bedroom with 1 Queen and 1 Single bed. All of our linens and mattress are brand new!
Our full bathroom has all of the bathroom essentials you need from towels to shampoo, conditioner, body wash and basic toiletries.
The fully stocked kitchen has a standard drip coffee machine, pots/pans, cookware, bakeware, 5 burner electric stove and oven, full sized refrigerator and beautiful new cabinets!
Snuggle up on our new couches, curl up with one of our super fuzzy blankets and put a movie on to wind down from the day. Our living room comes with new furniture, plenty of throw blankets and several card and board games for your group. We have a large Smart TV and Cable!

Full house access to include attached garage and the basement.
The Neighborhood:
The Escape on Maple in located in the heart of Bergland, just 2 blocks North of Hwy M-28. We are situated a beautiful corner, double lot in a very quiet neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Whether you are traveling to the area to ride SxS, UTVs, snowmobiles or simply to enjoy Lake Gogebic, there are a few options on how to get around. Once on the lake, there are several restaurants with boat up docks for guests to utilize or if you'd like to take the SxS, you can drive right to the Trails from our driveway! If you're looking to stay close to home, this property is located only 2 blocks off of M28 in the heart of Bergland and there are several restaurants, bars and gift shops that are within less than a mile.
Other Things to Note:
The Escape on Maple is a part of the Superior Getaways family and is managed by Longhini Property Management. All Superior Getaways rentals come with damage protection plans, so that you can enjoy peace of mind without having to pay high security deposits!
This is not a pet friendly home, any undisclosed pets will result in a minimum of a $350 fee.
