This spacious home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, on a large lot across a quiet street from Lake Macatawa. The main floor features a great room with TV, brick fireplace, dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bar-stool seating. Main floor doors lead to a shaded porch/wrap around deck, gas grill, picnic tables, and fire pit. In addition, the main floor has a master bedroom which includes a large screen TV and a private bathroom, an office with futon and TV, and laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent and dryer sheets provided). The lower level theater room features a large screen TV and DVD player, theater seating and a ping pong table. The second floor has another master bedroom with a large screen TV, a large bathroom with a jetted tub, and an outdoor deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while admiring the views of Lake Mac. There are also two more bedrooms perfect for the kids and other guests. A spiral staircase leads up to a third level deck with seating for your enjoyment. The home also has a two-stall garage and two driveways with room for up to 6 cars.
