My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
The space
The Farm is a cozy home with a new wood stove (with a fan) in the dining room open to the living room. Off the first floor bedroom is a door to a HUGE deck, hot tub and gas grill. There is lots of seating indoors and out and a lovely front porch. The farm has a nostalgic feel with new amenities. There is NO on street parking. The parking area will hold 4/5 cars and when there is no snow it is ok to park on the lawn.

Guest are welcome to use the hot tub, wood stove, gas grill, yoga mats, croquet/bad-mitten, games, Bose speaker, Wifi, smart TV and cable all areas of the property as well as any veggies/flowers in season.
Other things to note
I will have a service for snow and shovels but a bad storm can snow you in. For any storm we will have to communicate to provide you with the best service. First winter doing this! I do not have a generator but there is a back up battery for the wood stove. Should we have a terrible storm that can be recharged by a car battery.
